In this passage E.K. Hornbeck is suggesting that the courtroom will be similar to a war. There will be two sides who think they are right and they will be fighting for what they believe in. He also suggests that the courtoom be be very crowded and cluttered due to the fact that this is such a popular topic. There will be reporters and spectators filling the room. THe courtoom is like a battlefield because battlefileds are very crowded and chaotic. After the case starts the room will be cluttered and destroyed.
